Not only does reporting a claim right away make it easier to receive benefits, but it also reduces the risk of a claim being denied for it not being reported. Workplace injury lawyers are involved in arbitration with employers, workers’ compensation, and will represent a client in court if needed. Common injuries that occur due to a workplace accident include fractures, sprains, concussions, and much more.
